Made-to-Order Products

All Maison Cypr∑s products are made on demand, meaning each item is produced especially for you.
For this reason, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

Change of mind
Incorrect size ordered
Incorrect color ordered
General dislike of the product

This applies to all orders shipped to Europe.

Exceptions — When We DO Replace an Item

We will replace your item at no cost if:

The product arrives damaged
The product arrives defective
You receive the wrong item, wrong print, or wrong size compared to your order
The package is lost by the carrier

If one of these situations occurs, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos showing the problem

A replacement will be arranged as soon as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

All made-to-order items (all apparel, accessories, and prints)
Personalised or customised products
Gift cards

Wrong or Incomplete Address

If the shipping address provided by the customer is incorrect or incomplete, Maison Cypr∑s cannot offer a refund.
A reshipment can be arranged once the package returns to our production partner (additional fees may apply).
